These are not four events — they are four sides of the same event. And even deeper, definitions we never questioned are shifting: **What is knowledge? What is talent? What is an asset? What is value?**

This is a paradigm revolution: not optimization within an old framework, but the replacement of the framework itself.

There are only two criteria: **who holds agency**, and **where the bottleneck is**.

- **Paradigm improvement**: The tool is still a passive amplifier; humans remain the only agents; processes and roles do not change. Autocomplete, low-code, CI/CD all belong here — they make people faster in old workflows, but the structure is unchanged.

- **Paradigm revolution**: For the first time, the machine becomes an **autonomous agent that advances the task itself** — decomposing goals, calling tools, reading feedback, executing multi-step work, retrying on failure, and delivering an auditable artifact end-to-end. Humans shift from "doers" to "intent definers + verifiers + accountable owners."

3. **New definition of asset**: Real assets begin to be "systems that advance themselves" — data, models, processes, verification loops — not factories, inventory, or billable hours.
